Preschool Summer Camps

Ages 3–5 years

At Wooddale Academy, we believe the fun doesn’t end when school’s out! That’s why we offer preschool summer camps that engage and inspire preschoolers. Each weekly camp session will feature a variety of activities. This summer, our preschool camps will offer experiences focusing on artistic-, culinary-, musical-, creative- and talent-based exploratory themes.

• Preschool Summer Camps are offered at our Eden Prairie location.
• Camp sessions cost $150/week and run Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m.-12 p.m.
• Campers will receive a souvenir camp shirt at their first registered camp.
• Registration includes a mid-morning snack.

Week 1: Outdoor Adventures | May 29-31 (3-day only camp $125)

School is out but the fun never stops! Join us as we explore different nature topics and experience the wonders of nature through outdoor play, stories, and crafts. This is a great hands-on experience outdoor adventure for young children.

Week 2: Art Studio | June 3-6

We want you back for another week of art exploration! This is the ultimate camp to get your creative juices flowing! Wooddale Academy’s art studio is sure to inspire and engage your little artist’s imagination. Your child will learn basic skills and techniques while having fun exploring the world of colors, lines, and shapes. At the end of the week, each camper will take home a portfolio of artwork to share their creative accomplishments!

Week 3: Kids in the Kitchen | June 24-27

Campers will enjoy this hands-on baking experience designed to explore and build curiosity in the kitchen. Each camper will be encouraged to take initiative as we introduce concepts like kitchen safety, basic measurement, and teamwork. Your child will have fun while learning more about different and unique foods, with a visit from a chef. Bon Appetit!

Week 4: Camp Wooddale’s Got Talent | Aug. 5-8

We all have a hidden talent! Share your hidden talent with the class, explore unique instruments, and listen to a variety of music from around the world.

Week 5: Artist Exploration | Aug. 12-15

Join us as we explore artists from around the world. Swiss-German artist Paul Klee, French artist Georges Seurat and the Dutch painter Piet Mondrian. You will be amazed at the masterpieces we will create!
